Ted Male Lakeland Terrier
Ted is a charming Lakeland Terrier and being a Terrier, he likes to be active and do things. He’s 3 years old in May and neutered. He has been well-trained and has the skills needed for life as a family pet. He’s good with people and affectionate with family members – and he adores a belly rub!! A great companion whether out for a run, walk, or pottering / settled in the home, he loves playing with his ball whether in the garden or out on a walk. He’s confident and loves to play, given the opportunity, with dogs he knows.
Ted can become over excited and also, at times, as an adolescent, lack confidence and be foolhardy / reactive in the presence of unfamiliar dogs – so for these reasons he would need ongoing training with his socialisation by someone who is confident in handling him.
Whilst he does not have experience of living with children and other dogs he could live as part of a multidog household if the right mix and with older children where there is parental care and guidance.
