Rico is a wonderful boy. He is very clever, affectionate towards people and loves other dogs. He is particularly good with smaller dogs and will curb his considerable enthusiasm to account for the size differential.
He has boundless energy and loves his walks. He has an endearing curiosity and loves to meet his regular dog-mates on the Canford SANG where he is a minor celebrity amongst the regular dog-walkers. Many of them follow his progress with interest and would love to adopt Rico but already have their full quota -or more – of dogs.
Once Rico has had a good walk, sniffed all there is to sniff and said hello to as many dogs as possible, he likes nothing better than a good cuddle and fuss back at his chalet.
Rico is an energetic dog and for an active couple who want a intelligent, expressive and affectionate companion, he will make a fantastic pet, as he can be very boisterous and gets excited easily perhaps a home without children would be best. He is a strong dog so needs a new owner who can hold him on the lead.
